· Cancellation notice given less than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival (01 Aug 2010 - 19 Dec 2010): One night stay
· Cancellation notice given less than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival (04 Mar 2010 - 15 Jun 2010): One night stay
· Cancellation notice given less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival (15 Jan 2011 - 31 Mar 2011): One night stay
