· No show: Total confirmed nights stay
· Early check out: 50% of total confirmed nights stay
· Cancellation notice given less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival (30 May 2010 - 31 Mar 2011): One night stay
· Cancellation notice given less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival (30 May 2010 - 31 Mar 2011): 50% of total confirmed nights stay
· Cancellation notice given less than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival (30 May 2010 - 31 Mar 2011): Total confirmed nights stay
